Starsand Island allows free pacing, so the Day 1–7 route below is a priority order. A task completed early or late is still useful. Keep the First Day page open for the full tutorial, Crafting, Farming, stamina and storage sequence.
Day 1: Tutorial and foundation
Finish the Solara tutorial, select Crafting, claim the Equipment Blueprint Pack from Zerine’s General Store, activate Skateboard, plant six Wheat and use Inventory → Expand. Open the other profession tasks only if time remains. Preserve basic materials and stop before 2:00 AM.
Day 2: Harvest and time-sensitive mail
Harvest mature Wheat, submit the Farming task, speak with Graminova again to check the next step, complete the first bag expansion and inspect the mailbox. Some older routes report an A Dream of Blue Tears letter on Summer 2, sending you to Half-Moon Bay around 21:00–02:00 for glowing water and Glowing Blue Shells. Treat the time and trigger as version-dependent: follow the current mailbox and quest log because the event has had display anomalies.
Day 3: Enter Moonlit Forest
Find Zephyria and open Explorer Profession. Obtain or craft a Slingshot and Simple Pellets, then use the Slingshot to clear the forest entrance. On the first trip, collect only outer resources: Copper, Tin, Quartz and mushrooms. Return when the bag is close to full rather than forcing a deep run. Moonlit Forest resources refresh daily, making short repeat loops more reliable than a risky first-week push.
Day 4: Build the processing chain
Prioritize Cutter I, Charcoal Kiln, Furnace I, Separator and then the Worktable upgrade. Do not sell every plank, stone, ore or fiber. The first-week bottleneck is normally processing materials and bag space, not coins. Build only what supports the next tool, blueprint or quest, and keep a labeled Storage Box for ores and machine inputs.
Day 5: Start reliable income
Check the Request Board every day, fish for cash, collect beach shells and wild items, and keep a small Wheat loop running. During Apprentice Farmer, use quick crops such as Cabbage and Water Spinach. After Junior, consider Watermelon, Pepper and Tomato for higher per-plot returns. Requests can provide both coins and relationship progress; do not accept a timed request whose materials are not unlocked.
Day 6: Advance certifications and skills
Push Crafter, Farmer, Explorer, Fishing and Ranching certifications in the order that matches your materials. After completing a certification, speak to that profession mentor again because the next task usually does not appear automatically. Workpedia skills also require a manual Starsand purchase. Good early Crafting choices are Efficiency Boost and Recuperate; for Farming, Effortless Tilling is a practical first pick.
Day 7: First weekly settlement
Check that all five professions are open, Skateboard is complete, the bag is at least 35 slots, you have two to four category Storage Boxes, and a basic ore-processing chain is running. Keep seed money for the next crop cycle. Finish by sorting materials, coins and the second-week farm layout.
Easy-to-miss first-week reminders
The five professions can be opened immediately; the Zerine blueprint pack is free; starter Wheat does not justify high-tier fertilizer; Workpedia skills are manual purchases; home Storage Boxes feed nearby machines; and basic Wood, Stone, Fiber and ores should stay in storage. If a day slips, preserve the priority order rather than forcing every task into a fixed date.
